Member Experience Advisor

United Federal Credit Union is seeking a courteous and proactive Member Service Advisor to respond to member inquiries by phone, upsell loan and deposit products, and maintain accurate records. You will diagnose and resolve member issues while delivering a high level of service in a fast-paced call-center style environment.
