Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, helping patients regain function and mobility.
• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients, creating personalized treatment plans that make a real difference in their recovery.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans to ensure seamless, goal-oriented care.
• Document services accurately and timely, keeping the care team and patients well-informed.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Techs, fostering a supportive and skilled team environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest quality of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT) - we want the best for our patients!
• Active Texas state PT license (or ability to obtain) - we'll help you get there if needed.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills to excel in a fast-paced rehab setting.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs - every day is a new challenge!

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

• Physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
• Direct patient care and therapeutic interventions
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and family communication
• Accurate clinical documentation
