Director of Technology

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support a growing Salesforce implementation practice, the fully remote VP / Director of Technology will serve as the top architectural authority for data, AI, and integration, ensuring solution integrity and establishing practice standards while mentoring junior architects. Key responsibilities Render credible, vendor-neutral recommendations for data, AI, and integration solutions while engaging with clients' technology leadership Provide deep technical support for client services engagements and product features, ensuring sound and scalable architectural designs Establish tooling standards and reference architectures to enhance delivery processes and accelerate AI integration Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, data engineering/architecture, or integration architecture Direct experience architecting on or around the Salesforce platform is strongly preferred Exceptional ability to explain technical tradeoffs to both executive and technical audiences Proven success in a fully remote work environment, contributing to an engaging remote culture Relevant certifications are valued but secondary to demonstrated architectural judgment
