Aircraft TechnicianJoin our team as an Aircraft Technician, where you will play a vital role in maintaining and servicing corporate aircraft. This position requires a detail-oriented and experienced professional with a strong experience in aviation maintenance and repair.ResponsibilitiesPerform heavy maintenance tasks and inspections on corporate aircraft independently.Conduct light to moderate troubleshooting for aircraft issues.Manage workflows for all tasks, including labor, parts, and services.Provide forward-facing support directly to customers, acting as a liaison between the company and the customer.Perform AOG (Aircraft on Ground) maintenance as required.Essential SkillsMinimum 2+ years of corporate aircraft maintenance experience for Technician 2.Minimum 3+ years of corporate aircraft maintenance experience for Technician 3.Experience with Embraer Phenom 100/300/Legacy, Praetor 500/600, Cessna Citation XL/XLS/Latitude is preferred.Possession of an A&P license and own tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsMilitary aviation experience is a plus.Experience with avionics electrical systems and aircraft engines.Familiarity with hydraulics and auxiliary power units.Proficiency in using tools like multimeters.Why Work Here?We offer an attractive benefits package with 80% coverage for single and family plans, a 5% 401k match, and pay differentials for weekend and night shifts. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
