We are a leading dealership for agriculture and construction equipment, including Kubota, and we’re looking for a motivated, dependable Service Advisor to join our growing team in Blairsville, GA! If you're customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Greet customers and accurately assess their service and repair needs.
Create, update, and manage work orders and estimates from intake to completion.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the service process.
Coordinate with technicians and the service manager to ensure an efficient workflow.
Post all labor, parts, and materials to work orders with precision and accuracy.
Maintain organized service files and department records in compliance with company standards.
Ensure all required documentation is promptly sent to customers.
Keep your work area and office equipment clean and in good working condition.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

What You’ll Bring

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Customer-first mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
Proficiency with computers and office equipment.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer is preferred—but we’re willing to train the right person!

⏰ Work Schedule

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Seasonal)
