3rd shift Weekend Days Friday - Sunday 4:00am - 4:00pm - 24% shift premium
3rd shift Weekend Nights - Friday - Sunday 4:00pm - 4:00am - 24% shift premium

About this Opportunity:

In this position you will operate CNC machines and machining centers for parts with limited set-up requirements and a high level of supervision required

What You'll Be Doing:

Demonstrates proper use of inspection equipment including indicators, micrometers, calipers and surface plates.
Able to inspect own work.
Able to read basic blueprint / Standard Work Instructions.
Demonstrates proper use of machine and tools changes.
Demonstrates basic math skills.
Able to make basic machine offsets / adjustments.
Runs and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions & reports to Lead or Supervisor.
Confers with Lead or Supervisor to resolve machining or blueprint problems.
Deburs parts per the process requirements.
Keeps work area clean to the requirements of 5S program.
Completes all required quality documents including Work Order Layouts.
When cycle time allows, perform manufacturing activities to drive positive productivity as directed by your supervisor.
