You will: Manage family law matters from initial stages through resolution and trial Handle divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, maintenance, protection orders, modifications, prenups, postnups, and other family law matters Meet with clients and develop case strategies Participate in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trials Work closely with your dedicated paralegal and legal support team Delegate and supervise work appropriately Develop strong courtroom, client-management, and case-strategy skills Continue growing through mentorship and our Young Attorney Pathway Who We're Looking For Attorney with 0–5 years of experience Litigation Experience Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills Genuine interest in family law Comfortable learning, asking questions, and receiving feedback Strategic thinker who can balance compassion with strong advocacy High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability Family law experience is preferred, but we are open to attorneys with strong litigation backgrounds who are interested in building a career in family law.
