Contract | Day Shift | 36 or 48 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines across the care team
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
• Support an Epic EMR conversion, including accurate and timely documentation within the system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
• AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification
• Demonstrated Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years
• Each position in work history must include the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems were used in a single role, dates clarifying usage of each system are required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
• Prior experience as a direct employee or successfully completed travel/contract assignment
