Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $XX-XX per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to support our mission and help create memorable experiences. Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services under general supervision of a dentist. Provide quality and compassionate care, including scaling, prophylaxis, radiographs, sealants, fluoride, and related procedures. Offer same‑day care opportunities and excellent customer service. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instruction. Assess dental condition and review medical history. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide patients through the treatment process. Assist with charting, including dental and perio charting when necessary and take/save x‑rays into patient charts. Provide memorable patient experiences with compassion. Enjoy working with children, who comprise at least 70% of our patient base. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment, required upon hire.
