Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic Event and Brand Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and outreach activities. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an active environment, meeting new people, representing a company, and gaining hands-on experience in events, customer service, and business development.
Responsibilities- Help organize event areas, displays, promotional materials, and supplies.
- Welcome attendees and engage with customers and prospective customers.
- Present products and services clearly and confidently.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.
- Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
- Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
- Create positive customer experiences during events and outreach activities.
- Help maintain an organized and professional event environment.
- Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate observations to team members.
- Support follow-up activities with prospective customers when appropriate.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused and goal-oriented.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in events, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required.
