Casper Clinic DirectorThe clinic director supervises the overall operations of the Wyoming Family Practice clinic in Casper, Wyoming, under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer (COO). Essential duties include ensuring appropriate fiscal management of clinic operations, hiring and overseeing supervision of front desk, billing, lab, nursing, and case management staff, conducting annual department manager performance evaluations, ensuring completion of annual patient satisfaction and staff satisfaction surveys, participating in the development and implementation of EHCW policies and procedures, and overall operation and general management of the clinic including human resource management.Site with Opening: Wyoming Family Practice Clinic Casper, WYHiring Organization: University of WyomingPractice Highlights: At the University of Wyoming, we value our employees and invest in their success. At least five years of business office and clinic management experience in an outpatient medical or health care setting or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.Desired Qualifications: FQHC Knowledge or Job Experience in FQHC Clinic Demonstrate Conflict Resolution Skills Demonstrate Experience with Spreadsheet and Dashboard Development Management of Multiple Clinic Departments Expertise in Health Center Operations Demonstrate Creative Problem Solving
