You'll own the customer side of the business end to end: the people who walk onto the property, the people who email and call about their online orders, and the packing and shipping team that gets those orders out the door. Two months in, you'll know our varieties well enough to guide a customer to the right tree without checking, you'll have our packing and shipping standards running consistently at 150+ boxes a day in peak season, and customer issues will be getting resolved before they turn into complaints. You'll report directly to the owner and work closely with our packing, logistics, and marketing teams.
