osition: Paralegal / Legal Assistant

In search of a Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join our team in Manning, South Carolina.

Experience: Previous legal experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with Social Security Disability cases.
• Prepare and process traffic violation matters.
• Provide support on a variety of civil legal matters.
• Draft correspondence and legal documents.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and government agencies.
• Maintain case files and calendars while assisting attorneys with day-to-day case management.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Salary:

• $40,000–$45,000, based on qualifications and experience.
