House/Estate Manager

My client is a reputable financial firm seeking an EA/PA to support the founder.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the founders calendar, scheduling, priorities, confirmations, and conflicts.
• Handle calls, correspondence, appointments, reservations, travel, and personal logistics.
• Track projects, commitments, decisions, and outstanding items;
  drive follow-up throughcompletion.
• Anticipate needs, resolve issues, and use sound judgment about when to escalate.
• Coordinate with advisors, vendors, household staff, family, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee household and property matters, including repairs, deliveries, installations, and appointments.
• Review invoices and expenses, coordinate payments, and flag discrepancies.
• Identify and implement technology and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 8 + years experience as an EA/PA
• Bachelors Degree
• Financial Services experience

The annual base salary range is $150,000 to $225,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
