Inside the Role The Trade Compliance Risk & Supply Chain Analyst II supports DTNA's global trade compliance, supply chain security, and responsible sourcing programs through execution of activities related to CTPAT, UFLPA/forced labor compliance, export controls, sanctions screening, supplier due diligence, supply chain mapping, and supply chain transparency reporting requirements. This role analyzes supplier and trade compliance data, conducts due diligence reviews, evaluates regulatory risks, maintains compliance documentation, and supports implementation of programs designed to ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations.
The Analyst II serves as a key resource for identifying and assessing compliance risks across DTNA's global supply chain, supporting supplier engagement activities, conducting investigations and risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen DTNA's trade compliance, supply chain security, and responsible sourcing programs. Dimensions: Responsible for supply chain security assessments, export compliance screening, forced labor due diligence, supplier risk monitoring, supply chain mapping, regulatory reporting, compliance investigations, and trade compliance program support activities. Reports directly to the Manager, Supply Chain Security.Posting Information

Position offers a starting salary range of $78,000 - $100,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
- Support administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of DTNA's CTPAT program and supply chain security initiatives.
- Conduct supplier due diligence reviews related to forced labor, UFLPA compliance, sanctions, business partner ownership, human rights, responsible sourcing, and supply chain transparency requirements.
- Analyze supplier risk information utilizing third-party intelligence platforms, public records, supplier disclosures, government sources, and internal data.
- Coordinate and maintain supply chain mapping initiatives to increase visibility of suppliers, manufacturing sites, sub-tier suppliers, and raw material sources.
- Review supplier questionnaires, certifications, affidavits, audit findings, and supporting documentation related to supply chain security, forced labor and ethical sourcing requirements.
- Monitor suppliers, customers, distributors, and other business partners for compliance risks involving sanctions, forced labor, export controls, and restricted party screening requirements.
- Conduct denied party and restricted party screening activities and investigate potential matches involving suppliers, customers, service providers, freight forwarders, and other third parties.
- Support compliance with U.S. export control regulations administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and other applicable government agencies.
- Perform ownership and control analyses, including application of OFAC and BIS ownership rules, Entity List restrictions, and 50 Percent Rule evaluations.
- Support export classification, licensing reviews, end-use reviews, destination reviews, and end-user due diligence activities.
- Conduct research and analysis involving military end-user, military end-use, sanctioned-country, and other heightened-risk trade transactions.
- Monitor regulatory developments related to export controls, sanctions, forced labor, supply chain security, and responsible sourcing requirements.
- Support preparation of Canada's Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains reporting requirements and other global supply chain transparency obligations.
- Develop and maintain compliance metrics, dashboards, supplier risk assessments, and management reporting.
- Maintain records, due diligence files, risk assessments, and supporting documentation required for audits and regulatory inquiries.
- Support internal compliance reviews, audits, investigations, and corrective action initiatives.
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, Sustainability, Logistics, Security, Sales, and other stakeholders to address identified compliance risks.
- Identify emerging risks, process gaps, and opportunities to improve DTNA's trade compliance and supply chain due diligence programs.
- Support implementation of new compliance tools, screening technologies, supplier monitoring solutions, and risk management processes.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelor's degree preferred in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Relations, Political Science, Legal Studies, Sustainability, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in trade compliance, export compliance, customs compliance, responsible sourcing, supply chain compliance, supplier risk management, or related fields.
- Knowledge of export controls, sanctions compliance, deniedparty and entity list screening, supply chain security, or forced labor compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with CTPAT, UFLPA, responsible sourcing programs, supply chain due diligence, or supplier compliance initiatives.
- Experience analyzing supplier, trade, compliance, or risk-related data.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
- Experience preparing reports, conducting research, and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams and external business partners.
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
- Experience supporting UFLPA, forced labor, human rights, or responsible sourcing compliance programs.
- Experience conducting supply chain mapping, supplier transparency, and sub-tier supplier visibility initiatives.
- Knowledge of CTPAT requirements and supply chain security best practices.
- Experience with denied party screening, export controls, sanctions compliance, and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
- Knowledge of BIS Entity List restrictions, Military End User (MEU) requirements, Foreign Direct Product Rule (FDPR), and EAR licensing provisions.
- Experience performing OFAC and BIS 50 Percent Rule ownership analyses and evaluating complex corporate ownership structures.
- Experience preparing Canada Modern Slavery Act reports or other supply chain transparency disclosures.
- Familiarity with supplier risk intelligence and screening platforms such as Kharon, Sayari, Dow Jones, E2open, or similar systems.
- Advanced Excel, reporting, analytical, and data visualization skills.
- Experience supporting regulatory audits, supplier assessments, compliance investigations, and corrective action programs.
- Knowledge of ESG, sustainability, human rights, responsible sourcing, and global supply chain compliance frameworks.
- Strong project management and cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
