Property Preservation/REO Contractors Opportunity
Location: We are looking for NC Catawba, Burke, Caldwell, Lincoln, Iredell, Gaston
Work opportunity for Property Preservation/REO Contractors Looking for property preservation vendors who meet the following requirements:
- Experience to do standard preservation duties/tasks including the following work:
- A. Lawn Maintenance
- B. Debris removal
- C. Lock Changes
- D. Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair/replace
- Must have own transportation
- Must be detail oriented when reporting results in reports along with photos, bids, etc.
- Meeting client's deadlines
- Must have own equipment and have inventory of necessary HUD locks on hand, materials needed on regular basis, etc.
- Must need to operate PPW (property pres wizard) PAY IS BASED ON YOUR BID AND AS PER ALLOWABLE LIST (NO DISCOUNT)
