You will report to the Business Manager and work with other accountants in an on-site office environment.

Location: 14900 Landmark Blvd. Dallas, TX. 75254

Complensation Range: The full salary range for this position is $35,000-55,000 annually. The anticipated starting pay for this role is $21.00-24.00 an hour, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You'll Do

• Submission of Service Contracts

• Submission of Warranty Contracts

• New car purchases and Dealer trades

• Record used car purchases

• Request and process lien payoffs

• Process cash receipts

• Regional check runs

• Process and payment of vendor invoices

• FTC reconciliation

• Accounting for manufacturer monies (parts, warranty, incentives, misc)

• Post to Intercompany accounts

• Other responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year Accounting experience- familiar with COA, debits and credits

• Entry to mid-level Microsoft Excel

• High School Diploma (required)

• 1+ years of Auto Industry Experience

• Retail Sales or Customer Service
