Job Description

Under the direction of the SEO Manager the SEO analyst will participate in shaping and implementing WGUs SEO strategy and assure continued performance of WGUs website and owned properties. They will be responsible for analyzing search and website analytics identifying gaps in website content optimizing pages for improved search results building links implementing strong technical SEO and engaging in content creation and optimization.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search phrases to drive traffic and guide content keyword and competitor effective link-building page content metadata and other on-page up to date on current algorithm and SEO daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy reporting on website analytics and SEO metrics and key performance indicators to identify insights and potential and present information on industry best practices for measuring success of other related duties as Skill and Abilities:Passion for SEO and internet ability to think creatively and identify and resolve to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and levels of integrity autonomy and individual will have excellent analytical organizational project management and time management : Organizational Impact:Works to achieve operational targets within job areas impacting department function or office is performed independently on moderately complex projects and assignments with some guidance required for direction and complex tasks. Additional travel may include conferences visits to company locations and other business-related events as needed. Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements.
