Mission Trainer

(Levels: Senior → Senior Team Lead)
Senior Mission Trainer

Job description:

Develop intelligence training materials and curriculum
Deliver training supporting intelligence tradecraft
Maintain lesson plans and presentations
Track training records
Review policy updates for training integration
Maintain educational system materials (AGILE, TDC)

Key theme:
Intel training instructor role.
Senior Mission Trainer (Team Lead)

Lead training development efforts
Draft TRADOC-compliant curriculum
Conduct military training instruction
Lead training programs across locations

Key difference:
Leadership + curriculum authority. Approved IAT Level II Certifications (Commonly Accepted)

CompTIA Security+ (Sec+) - Most widely required
CompTIA CySA+
CompTIA PenTest+
GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
Cisco CCNA Security - Retired, but still honored if previously earned
EC-Council Certified Network Defender (CND)
(ISC)² Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) - Qualifies for both Level I and Level II
