We are looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Hiram, GA area. About the Position of Assistant Manager As a future leader at Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. They enforce established policies and procedures, schedule mechanic and technician work, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and maintain the safety of team members. About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary under‑car repair services, directs the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians, stages vehicle repair and maintenance work, drives sales initiatives, communicates directly with customers, and strives to meet and exceed customer expectations.
