Pay Rate: $60.00 $65.00+ / hour (Commensurate with experience)
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, patient-focused Pharmacist to join a premier Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy team near New Braunfels, TX. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a background in IV preparation and compounding, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities & Schedule
- Setting: Long-Term Care Pharmacy
- Schedule: 40 hours per week with a rotating shift schedule.
- On-Call: Rotating on-call coverage.
- Prepare, dispense, and oversee long-term care medications accurately and efficiently.
- Perform compounding and manage IV therapy preparations in accordance with clinical standards.
Key Requirements
- Active Texas Pharmacist License (in good standing)
- IV Certification (Required)
- Compounding Experience (Required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules.
