Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Keck Health Care Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough bio-psychosocial assessments tailored to the individual, focusing on mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs while integrating culturally sensitive practices. \n
- Providing individual counseling, group therapy, intake evaluations, and treatment planning, as well as crisis intervention when necessary. \n
- Documenting interactions and care provided via electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and facilitating continuity of care. \n
- Effectively managing patient case loads and prioritizing referrals to community resources, medication assistance programs, and other support services as required. \n
- Working alongside Quality Improvement teams to gather and analyze data, helping to refine and implement best practices in service delivery. \n
This role focuses on a diverse array of patients, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and economic backgrounds, all seeking mental health support. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing unique challenges faced by these populations, contributing to improved health outcomes and overall quality of life.
Qualifications\nFor this role, the ideal candidate must possess:

- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid and active LCSW license in California. \n
- A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience, with demonstrated expertise in crisis intervention and counseling techniques. \n
- A solid understanding of social work practices, with an ability to independently exercise judgment in sensitive situations. \n
While not mandatory, candidates with the following qualifications will be at an advantage:
