Social Worker

EDU Healthcare is hiring for a compassionate, student-centered School Social Worker to support the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success of students this upcoming school year. The successful candidate will collaborate with educators, families, and community agencies to provide services that promote student well-being and remove barriers to learning. Responsibilities: Provide counseling and support services for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and strategies to promote student success Participate in IEP and 504 planning and meetings as needed Collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators to support student growth and well-being Serve as a liaison between schools, families, and community resources Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and licensing requirements Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) Active state licensure or certification as a School Social Worker (per state requirements) Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families Work in a structured, school-based setting with evenings, weekends, and holidays off Join a therapist-owned organization that values your role and invests in your success Access to CEU reimbursement, professional resources, and ongoing development opportunities Come join a therapist-owned organization that values your expertise and supports you throughout the school year.
