Job Summary Geisinger is offering a full‑time Inpatient Registered Nurse in the Central Region Float Pool. Starting at $41.50 per hour, eligible nurses can earn an additional float premium of up to $10 and shift differentials of up to $7 for evenings, nights and weekends. Candidates also receive a lump‑sum hiring incentive of up to $24000 and relocation assistance of $7500 (eligible only). The position is based at Geisinger Medical Center with a rotation schedule across multiple campus locations. Weekly schedule rotates day/night (7–7:30pm and 7–7:30am) with weekend and holiday shifts. Candidates must be able to float assignments across Geisinger Medical Center, Geisinger Bloomsburg Hospital, and Geisinger Shamokin Area Community Hospital.
