GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides medical case management in collaboration with multi-disciplinary treatment team members, under the supervision of the Housing Services Supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. One year work experience in a behavioral health setting.
2. Good written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Two or more years' experience in the field of alcoholism, substance use disorders and mental health.
2. Knowledge of computer and email systems, as well as EMR.
3. Knowledge of community resources.
4. Familiarity with State of Idaho Health & Welfare Mental Health system.
