Bilingual Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a motivated bilingual Customer Service Representative for a contract/temporary remote opportunity supporting consumers, prospective enrollees, and authorized representatives in the healthcare services industry. This CSR I - Client Support Representative role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with 1-2 years of experience who enjoys helping people, answering questions, and providing accurate information in a fast-paced contact center environment. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to build customer service experience from home while working with a supportive team that values quality, professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication. You will receive guidance, training, and ongoing support while helping callers access important information and resources. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from consumers, prospective enrollees, and authorized representatives in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information while following company policies, procedures, service standards, and privacy guidelines. Document and track customer interactions using designated systems with strong attention to detail. Fulfill customer requests for information and materials through mail, email, or downloads. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $30,000 to $32,000 per year. Job type: Contract/Temporary. Work arrangement: Fully remote. Location: Dallas, TX.
