The Role: This role supports the creation of custom orthotic and prosthetic devices by preparing materials, assisting with fabrication, maintaining equipment and inventory, and ensuring high-quality production within the fabrication lab. This role works closely with orthotists and prosthetists to deliver precise, well-crafted products that improve patients lives. Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:30 AM 5:00 PM What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail for precise patient-related assessmentsExcellent communication skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilities What Youll Be Doing Prep custom products for fabrication under the guidance of an orthotist or prosthetistFabricate orthotic and prosthetic devices with supervisionRequisition supplies for the O&P department based on demandMaintain inventory levels, including mins/maxes and cycle countsPerform weekly inspections and upkeep of fabrication machineryKeep accurate documentation and fabrication recordsAttend trainings, seminars, and in-house sessions to expand skillsClean, organize, and maintain the fabrication area dailyMeet assigned productivity standardsTravel to other locations when requested (home office may vary based on staffing needs)Complete additional duties as assigned Perks & Benefits Competitive payFull benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision & Life InsurancePaid time off + floating holiday401(k) Retirement Savings PlanTraining and growth opportunities
