Manufacturing Associate
Location: Devens, MA Pay Rate: $19.63-$21.63 hourly Schedule: 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am on a rotating schedule Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for Manufacturing Associates for a leading manufacturer in the area. If you're looking to grow your skills in a high-tech medical device environment, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment to meet daily production goals while ensuring top-notch quality.
- Inspect and package products following detailed work instructions and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold all safety and cGMP guidelines.
- Collaborate with your team to keep production running smoothly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individuals.
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but we'll train the right candidate!
