Location: Devens, MA Pay Rate: $19.63-$21.63 hourly Schedule: 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am on a rotating schedule Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for Manufacturing Associates for a leading manufacturer in the area. Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment to meet daily production goals while ensuring top-notch quality.
• Inspect and package products following detailed work instructions and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold all safety and cGMP guidelines.
• Collaborate with your team to keep production running smoothly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individuals.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but we'll train the right candidate!
