High-Reach Warehouse Equipment Operator — Joliet, IL

Join Nexus Employment in a full-time role where your skill behind the controls keeps a busy warehouse moving. Picture this: you clock in, complete a quick equipment check, and start your route—navigating aisles, pulling orders, and staging freight with precision. You rotate between a reach truck, sit-down forklift, cherry picker, and electric pallet jack to move product safely and efficiently. By shift’s end, trucks are loaded, inventory’s organized, and the floor is clear—because of you.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly pay: $18.00–$23.00 (weekly pay)
• Shifts: 1st and 2nd available

What You’ll Operate

• Reach Truck
• Sit-down Forklift
• Cherry Picker (Order Picker)
• Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)

What You’ll Do

• Transport materials and freight across the warehouse
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trucks
• Tackle general warehouse tasks—lifting, moving, staging, and organizing stock

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of forklift experience
• Experience with Crown equipment (RC/TSP) preferred
• Turret truck exposure is a plus
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs
