Installation Manager

Install ManagerFast growing custom closet and home organization company is looking for an experienced Install Manager to oversee daily installation operations and services calls. This position is responsible for managing installation crews, scheduling jobs, ensuring quality installations, resolving customer issues, coordinating service work, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesManage and schedule installation crewsReview jobs prior to installation to ensure materials, drawings, and hardware are correctManage installer performance, productivity, attendance, and qualityPerform jobsite inspections and quality control checksTroubleshoot installation issues and coordinate solutionsManage manager services, including service calls, repairs, adjustments, warranty work, and customer follow upSchedule and assign service work based on urgency and technician availabilityCommunicate with customers regarding installation schedules, delays, service issues, and concernsHandle customer complaints and resolve issues professionallyCoordinate reworks and service calls to ensure issues are resolved quickly and correctlyTrack installation and service completion, labor hours, and job profitabilityTrain and develop installation and service team membersEnsure installers follow company installation standards and safety proceduresWork closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure jobs are ready for installationIdentify recurring installation and service issues and implement process improvementsRequired QualificationsPrevious management experience is requiredPrevious installation experience is requiredExperience managing installation crews or field service teamsStrong organizational and scheduling skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to read drawings and installation plansStrong problem solving and decision making skillsComfortable managing multiple crews and jobs simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast paced environmentValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to visit job-sites and assist with installation and service troubleshooting when neededPreferred ExperienceCustom closets or cabinetryHome organization systemsTrim carpentry or finish carpentryConstruction project managementField service managementCrew schedulingMeasuring and interpreting installation drawingsWarranty and service managementWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceGrowth opportunitiesPaid trainingBenefits availableFast growing companyLeadership position with significant responsibilityOpportunity to build and develop an installation and service team
