Grill Cook (Full Time)

We are hiring full-time Grill Cooks at Fidelity located in Boston, MA, with an immediate start date. Candidates must have previous grill cooking experience and be able to support kitchen operations. The pay range for this position is between $23.00 and $25.00 per hour, with additional benefits including free meals and uniforms. Job Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with current applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure high-quality food service is provided. Essential duties and responsibilities include taking orders from customers and preparing items requiring short preparation, completing orders from steam tables and serving customers at multiple stations, serving customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service meeting outlined standards, ensuring food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty, tasting all prepared food items, using established ticket-collection procedures during service, responsible for records from area worked during service periods, using approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control, carrying pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with established safety standards, storing foods in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating and food safety and rotation procedures, cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining all assigned work areas, equipment and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met, resolving customer concerns and reporting relevant information and concerns to supervisor, attending in-service and safety meetings, maintaining good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers, performing job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment, and performing other duties as assigned.
