Educate and advise clients: provide guidance on property performance, rent pricing, and expense management. Hands‑on support: conduct showings, process applications, and manage maintenance tasks when required. Ensure property performance metrics are met, including occupancy, rent delinquency, budget variance, maintenance management, and marketing. Qualifications & Experience Experience leading teams, preferably with maintenance responsibilities. Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to perform under pressure. Good interpersonal skills, patience, and a focus on educating clients. Detail‑oriented with diligent note‑taking and adherence to processes. Ability to prioritize and re‑prioritize work based on changing circumstances. Reliability and ownership of transportation. Prior experience in a customer‑facing role.
