Dermatology Partners is seeking a dedicated and organized Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing team in Rochester, MN. Key Responsibilities Clinical Support: Front desk registration, answering phone calls, assisting providers with dermatological procedures, including biopsies and excisions, ensuring adherence to standardized documentation and safety protocols. Patient Care: Perform patient intake, rooming, and vitals, maintaining a warm and efficient patient experience. Lab & Order Management: Manage laboratory orders, including Accutane screening protocols and tracking outside lab results. Operational Excellence: Maintain clinic supplies, stock exam rooms, and ensure clinical spaces are organized and ready for daily operations. Communication: Act as a point of contact for patient inquiries, handling phone and portal communications with professionalism and empathy. Qualifications Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Experience in a dermatology or similar specialty practice is preferred but not required. We will train the right person. Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and patient privacy (HIPAA compliance). Ability to work in a high-volume, fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to follow standardized clinical and administrative protocols.
