The Center for Advanced Dentistry 6916 McGinnis Ferry Road, #500, Suwanee, GA 30024 The Center for Advanced Dentistry is seeking an experienced Full-Time Hygiene Assistant to join our well-established Suwanee office! Position Requirements Minimum 1 year of hygiene assisting experience Knowledge and experience with Dentrix Accuracy and confidence performing FMX Experience with coronal polishing Strong understanding of periodontal charting Knowledge of Zoom Whitening Excellent communication and patient-care skills Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental team Responsibilities Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures while preparing treatment rooms and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Supervise and mentor dental assistant team members, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed. Manage patient scheduling, records, and insurance claims processing. Maintain strict sterilization and infection-control protocols in accordance with regulatory standards. Monitor inventory levels and order dental supplies as needed. Participate in quality-assurance activities and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively with patients, answer questions, schedule appointments, and follow up on treatment plans. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care. $21.00/hour *based on experience Paid time off Full benefits package Full-time position Supportive, family-oriented work environment Schedule Monday: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM One-hour lunch break Monday-Thursday Join Our Team!
