As an Insulation helper you will be partnered up with an Insulation Mechanic to learn all the skills of a Commercial and Industrial Insulation installer. You will be taught how to install Insulation on HVAC ducts, pipes, and equipment as well as Plumbing systems and Industrial piping. There will be plenty of opportunities to advance and become an Insulation Mechanic, Foreman, General Foreman and even a Superintendent.
