Role Overview

Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the kitchen. This role requires consistency, urgency, and attention to detail to ensure the BOH team has the tools and environment needed to deliver great food and service.

Dishwashers play a key part in keeping the restaurant on pace during busy shifts and supporting overall kitchen flow.

Responsibilities + Duties

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment promptly and thoroughly
• Sanitize surfaces and work areas following safety and sanitation standards
• Remove trash and recycling regularly to support BOH flow
• Assist with basic prep tasks as directed when time allows
• Ensure all items are stored, stacked, and labeled properly
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
• Communicate with Kitchen Managers and BOH teammates to support shift execution

Qualifications + Skills

• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs. as needed
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
• Willingness to learn and take direction
