Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in Lewis Center, Ohio. This role involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for outpatient patients with a focus on pelvic health specialty. The therapist will coordinate care, educate patients and families, and contribute to clinical improvement initiatives within a dynamic outpatient setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active applicable license for Ohio; pelvic health specialty certification or experience; clinical competency in outpatient therapy; ability to adhere to state practice act and regulatory guidelines; strong documentation and communication skills
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient pelvic health therapy; previous assignment with the organization or agency; familiarity with clinical education and supervision of students; professional development initiative participation
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The role demands a comprehensive evaluation of patients, development and implementation of treatment plans, accurate medical record documentation, and adherence to legal and organizational standards. The position involves active participation in clinical education and continuous professional growth, contributing to quality improvement efforts while maintaining a safe workplace environment.
