Financial Analysis ManagerCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst Manager (Level K) to join the Defense Financial Analysis Management team in one of the following locations:California: El SegundoMissouri: HazelwoodAlabama: HuntsvilleFlorida: Kennedy Space CenterThis position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.Come join the Defense Financial Analysis management team where you will lead a team of analysts managing the financial execution of our Boeing Global Services Government Sustainment efforts.These efforts include:Budget managementEarned value managementEstimate at complete analysisCompliance monitoringVariance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesPosition Responsibilities:Manage, develop, and motivate a geographically diverse team to execute financial analysis processes to inform business decisions while meeting operational goalsBuild relationships with stakeholdersDrive process improvementsProvide oversight and coaching on technical approachesEnsure effective communication and collaboration within the finance team and with business partnersManage employees within the Financial Analysis Center of Expertise (COE) supporting the Boeing Space Intelligence and Weapons Systems (SI&WS) Statement of Work (SOW)Perform and analyze Estimates at Completion, budget baselining development, financial forecasting and risk management analysisDevelop and execute project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goalsAcquire resources for projects and lead process improvementsThis position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
