Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and provide quality care to our long-term care patients. Must possess a current and active license to practice as an LPN in Minnesota. Must be CPR certified. The ideal candidate will have experience working with geriatrics and be knowledgeable about the latest trends in nursing care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting.
* Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
* Provide education to patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
* Monitor vital signs, weight, and other indicators of health status.
* Document patient care activities in accordance with state regulations.
* Have basic computer competency.
* Have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Provide emotional support to patients and families.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
