Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Emergency Department - Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Emergency Department team! - Shift Details: - Days: 7 AM - 7:30 PM - 3x12-hour shifts (Will consider 48-hour guarantee) - Your Role: - Provide exceptional care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process - Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in delivering safe patient care - Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education - Delegate patient care priorities based on staff experience and education - Offer direction and supervision to assigned personnel caring for patients - Qualifications: - 2 years of nursing experience required - Must possess a valid AZ Nursing License - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS - Experience with EMR systems, Cerner preferred - Preferred: Charge Nurse experience (additional $3/hr) - Additional Information: - Must be willing to float as necessary - Facility features: 38 beds, Trauma Level III Certified, Stroke and STEMI Receiving - NIH certification is recommended, but not required - Dress code: Black scrub colors Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
