About the Role:
Join Caring For Allegheny Seniors LLC as a Team Lead in Pittsburgh, PA, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of seniors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a meaningful impact in the community.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual senior needs.
Conduct training and mentoring sessions for team members.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
Assist in scheduling and staffing to maintain optimal coverage.
Promote a positive and supportive work environment for all staff.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or senior care industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Compassionate and patient demeanor towards seniors and staff.
Relevant certifications or licenses in healthcare preferred.
Experience in developing and implementing care plans.
Proficiency in using technology for scheduling and documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
