Trust & Estate Planning Attorney

We are searching for a highly analytical applicant who is capable of working full-time and possesses strong negotiation and organizational abilities to join our growing firm as an estate planning attorney. You will create wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for clients and their families and educate them on matters of insurance and powers of attorney. To guarantee that an estate is managed in accordance with the estate owner's intentions, this role demands a high degree of responsibility. Compensation $97,500 - $165,000 yearly Responsibilities Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move files through the civil litigation process Represent clients in court proceedings as needed Educate clients about options for retirement, donating to charity, and purchasing insurance Prepare wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents Qualifications Working knowledge of title insurance, wills, trusts, property management, and residential and commercial real estate law, including litigation Active member of the ABA (American Bar Association) Undergraduate degree with a legal background and Juris Doctor degree required At least 1-2 years of working in a law firm on estate planning and probate law issues is necessary Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations Bilingual (English and Spanish) #J-18808-Ljbffr Wizehire
