Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of Optum, is seeking a Dermatologist to join its growing team across 11 locations in the greater Houston area. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive medical dermatology care to a diverse patient population, including adults and pediatrics. Practice Info Part of Optum, one of the nation's leading healthcare organizations Multi-specialty clinic with over 900 medical providers in 65 medical specialties Dermatology team includes 19 providers, with two dermatopathologists and one Mohs surgeon Offers additional services including phototherapy (nbUVB, PUVA, excimer), extended patch testing, and select cosmetic services Collaborates extensively with other Kelsey specialists including General Surgery, ENT, Plastic Surgery, Hematology/Oncology, Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, and Radiation Oncology Invited to participate in a monthly tumor board and quarterly journal club Responsibilities Diagnose, treat, and manage all types of medical dermatology conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, bullous diseases, and skin cancers See a wide range of patients including adult and pediatric Compensation Compensation generally ranges from $360,000 to $672,500 Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus Compensation is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Incentive and recognition programs Equity stock purchase 401k contribution Requirements Graduate of an approved training program in the United States Licensed in the State of Texas Board Certified and/or Board Eligible
