We are looking for a F/T Accounts Receivable/ Collections Specialist in Marietta!
Hours: 8am-5pm OR 9am-6pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $21/hour
Location: Marietta, GA
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review files to determine potential coverage and develop collection strategies to recover outstanding balances within 90 days.
- Communicate professionally with customers, third parties, attorneys, and other relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and incoming payments.
- Evaluate files for referral to outside collection agencies or attorneys.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation reports using Excel.
- Recommend alternative dispute resolution strategies when appropriate.
