What is a shift at Chick-fil-A like as a member of the Back of the House team?

As a member of the Chick-fil-A Back of the House team, your day starts with a fresh chef's coat. You will begin your shift setting up kitchen stations with fresh ingredients. You will prepare iconic dishes like chicken sandwiches and fries with waffles, ensuring quality and speed during the fast breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. Working closely with your team, you will maintain a clean and safe kitchen, restock supplies, and follow proper food safety standards to keep operations running smoothly.

Type of position:

• Full-time or part-time positions available

Schedule:

• Day shift runs from 6:00 to 5:00 with flexible scheduling
• Night shift runs from 2:00 to 11:00 with flexible schedules

Responsibilities of Back of the House team members:

• Prepare, cook, set up, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Know the duties of all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, line, and food preparation
• Restock kitchen inventory as needed and as directed
• Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
• Stay up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management
• Maintain personal knowledge by attending training and staying current with any changes
• Always comply with Chick-fil-A standards and dress code, including name tag etiquette
• Other assigned duties

• Consistent and reliable; MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS
