Associate Account ManagerThe Associate Account Manager supports the Account Managers with a variety of tasks including, but not limited to the following: vendor service orders & client-specific projects; updating and maintaining a database of Managed Services data; reviewing and managing monthly billing processes; being the primary point of contact for billing queries from Finance and outside vendors including vendor invoice reconciliation; some project management with supervision.Responsibilities:Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor invoices including follow up on creditsPrepare monthly billing and reconciliation for all FIX network invoicingCreate monthly invoices in Excel format for high priority clientsInterface with Finance and legal departments on questions related to monthly billing/invoicing; investigate customer and vendor invoicing issues; and answer general customer questions related to said billing/invoicingPerform extensive database testing prior to or following patches or upgradesUpdate database and ensure accuracy of database information and documentation on a monthly basisPrepare reports and create spreadsheets for various service-related statistics for internal use as well as for external use by clients as neededPrepare reports and create spreadsheets to track and report on vendor performancePerform general e-mail communications related to updated support documents or outages or as neededUpload all broker templates to database and confirm accuracy of billing informationSupport Account Managers on all annual auditsCreate passwords and user names for client portal accessAdditional support tasks as assigned such as scanning and copyingRequirements:Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent field of study1-2 years customer service experience in a technology related environment; experience with FIX networks a plusAbility to work in a customer service and operations support environmentAbility to partner with team members and various internal departments to deliver superior customer serviceSuperior attention to detail for accuracy with database information management and with invoicingComfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office and databasesFamiliarity with accounting/invoicing proceduresStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with networks, managing database information, and accounting/invoicing procedures
