One day you may be hiring heavy equipment operators and foremen; the next, you could be sourcing engineers, project managers, finance professionals, or corporate support staff.Success in this role requires strong sourcing skills, adaptability, business partnership, and a passion for connecting great people with meaningful careers.This position is onsite and based out of our Westerville Corporate Office.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of positions across the organization, including hourly field and operations roles, skilled trades, technical positions, and salaried corporate opportunities.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.Proactively source passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, social media, job boards, and direct outreach.Create and maintain job postings within Workday and other recruiting platforms.Develop recruiting strategies that improve candidate flow and support both high-volume hiring initiatives and specialized searches.Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Serve as a brand ambassador and create a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.Provide hiring managers with detailed candidate evaluations, market insights, and recommendations throughout the hiring process.Coordinate and facilitate interviews while maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate candidate records, and manage requisition status updates within Workday.Collaborate with Human Resources and hiring leaders to support compensation recommendations, market benchmarking, and offer development.Extend employment offers and assist with negotiations when appropriate.Continuously evaluate recruiting effectiveness and recommend new sourcing methods, tools, and strategies.Assist with special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesProven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-energy recruiting environment.Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to effectively partner with leaders at all levels of the organization.Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.Experience recruiting for both high-volume and specialized positions preferred.Ability to analyze recruiting challenges and develop creative solutions.Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems; Workday experience preferred.High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Experience recruiting across multiple job types and skill levels preferred.Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.Why Join Kokosing?Be part of a growing organization in one of the country's strongest industries.Recruit the people who help build and maintain America's critical infrastructure.Work on a diverse portfolio of positions, providing continuous learning and professional growth.Partner directly with business leaders and make a visible impact on company success.Join a collaborative team that values innovation, relationships, and results.Kokosing is an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action federal and state contractor.
