About the Team: The Facility Services team ensures reliable operation and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems across Walmart locations. They perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance while coordinating with management and service providers to prioritize tasks effectively. Utilizing technical expertise, the team troubleshoots equipment issues and maintains accurate records and inventory. What You'll Do:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on food equipment, facilities, and fixtures following established schedules and guidelines.
• Inspect, clean, and diagnose equipment issues using blueprints, manuals, and various tools.
• Conduct major and minor repairs across multiple crafts including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Manage work orders, maintenance logs, and documentation for repairs, parts ordering, and warranty claims.
• Operate and maintain heavy machinery and company vehicles in compliance with safety standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations to support critical needs.
• Collaborate with contractors to ensure quality and safety compliance.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on food equipment and facility systems using multiple skills such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues through inspection, testing, and use of technical manuals, blueprints.
• Skilled in operating hand and power tools, heavy machinery, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA and EPA compliance requirements.
• Effective documentation and record-keeping skills for maintenance activities, work orders, and cost tracking.
