Quick Facts Location: Shreveport/Bossier City, LA (floating between nearby Willis Knighton facilities) Start Date: 06/29/2026 End Date/Duration: Not specified Shift: 8H Days (Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with rotating call) Hours/week: Not specified Employment Type: Traveler / Contract (details not specified) License/Certs: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS + Valid Driver’s License (required to float) Experience: At least 1 year RN experience; at least 1 year in Cath Lab within the last year Accepts First-Time Travelers: No Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $67.00/hour Competitive Pay Packages Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit (W-2) Comprehensive Medical Benefits Robust Referral Bonus Program 24/7 Dedicated team committed to your success throughout your time with VHS Paid sick time in accordance with applicable state/federal/local laws Licensure/Certification, Travel and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide direct patient care in the Cath Lab during diagnostic and interventional procedures Perform circulating, scrubbing, and/or hemodynamic monitoring based on lab needs Support complex cardiovascular cases including advanced coronary and peripheral interventions Participate in care requiring critical assessment and sterile technique Administer vasoactive and sedation medications as appropriate to assigned responsibilities Work across multiple lab functions within the Cath Lab (manager approval needed for possible circulating role) Help manage patients requiring advanced therapies and monitoring during high-acuity procedures What You Need Required Active RN license (state requirements apply) BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Valid Driver’s License (required to float between facilities) 1+ year RN experience Cath Lab experience within the last year (1+ year required) Ability to scrub and/or monitor as well as circulate (please be comfortable with the cases you list) Preferred Comfort with a broad range of complex cases (e.g., STEMI, cardiogenic shock, complex total occlusions, valvular disease, TAVR/MitraClip, peripheral vascular procedures) About the Assignment This role is a traveler opportunity for a Cath Lab RN who will float routinely between multiple nearby Willis Knighton facilities in Shreveport and Bossier City (with additional backup coverage to another campus as needed). You’ll support complex cardiovascular diagnostics and interventions in a fast-paced environment with strong procedural support (including anesthesia for hybrid cases).
