Maintenance Supervisor - The Grande at Indian Lake - Hendersonville, TN

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations at The Grande at Indian Lake , a well-maintained apartment community in Hendersonville, TN. Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in multifamily maintenance
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
- CPO certification and pool maintenance experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergency calls
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Complete work orders and prepare units for move-ins
- Respond to routine and emergency maintenance requests
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the property
- Supervise and support maintenance and grounds staff
- Manage inventory and control maintenance budgets
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
